Gifts From Peru.com is a online mail order company and does not personally represent any of the Peruvian wholesalers, manufactures, retailers or individual merchandise that are listed on this website nor are we responsible for the quality or any claims that the manufacturer makes.

Gifts From Peru.com will not be held personally liable for any of the product's defects, serious or otherwise listed for sale on our website.

Merchandise listed  is very unique and comes from different regions of Peru and for this, merchandise listed on our website are in are sold in limited quantities and sometimes can be in short supply. We cannot guarantee that a specific item will always be in stock. Before purchasing, please contact us for availability of a specific item. If required,we will hold any item(s) for you until we receive payment. Merchandise will be held for 3 days. There is no obligation to purchase. If an item requested happens to be out of stock, we will notify you when it becomes  available.

Most of our products are handcrafted and for this reason we are not responsible for small imperfections on the merchandise listed on the website.  

We reserve the right to make changes to our website regarding our policies  and update current prices.
